Winslow Homes’ priority is to build a custom home you can enjoy, not to sell you on a particular financing method. We are very flexible and will help you arrange for financing in whichever way is optimal for your situation.

  1. Self-financing — If at all possible, this option will simplify the process for the future owner. There will be no need to transfer ownership after the build or to refinance at various points.
  2. Lender financing — Another very common method of financing is to seek a loan from a lender, like a bank or other financial institution. This is beneficial because you can create a relationship with one lender and refinance the construction costs into a mortgage after the completion of your home.
  3. Builder financing —  Yes, that’s right. We can finance the construction costs and bear the loan during the building process. Not all builders have the confidence in their work to make this kind of commitment.
