It is hard to believe that just over a year ago we started the process of building a new home. Our home was already under construction when we met with Matthew and his team. From the first meeting we knew Winslow Homes was the builder for us. Bought a house from Matt in April 2016. The house was gorgeous - the engineering and construction the best we've ever lived in; Example; Our previous house was costing us north of $400/Month for AC in the summer months. With our new house - and thanks to Matt+Team's commitment to quality, we average $80/month - in the summer - in Youngsville. Matt & team could not be more responsive to our questions - and honestly (net) - if you're looking for a build stop wasting time and just call them. You won't find anyone better.
