Buying a home should be an exciting time and cause for celebration for your family. But we understand that times are uncertain and scary. But this is only temporary. It’s important to remember that buying a home is a long-term decision for you and your family. In response to COVID-19, we have created The Winslow Homes Buyers Assurance Program to provide mortgage relief if you lose your income due to the economic effects of the Coronavirus. During these uncertain times, our program will give you the security of a steady foundation to build your dream home.

Winslow Homes Take Heart We're in this Together
  • Covers up to $2,500 of client/owner mortgage/construction loan payment per month
  • 3 months max coverage (must be consecutive months)
  • Participants will need to be approved by Winslow Homes prior to acceptance into the program
  • Participants must:
    • Have been terminated from full-time employment in good standing due to economic effects of COVID-19 to receive funding
  • Conditions that would prevent client/owner from participating in the program:
    • Currently unemployed
    • Retired
    • Self-employed
    • Working on a temporary or contract basis
    • Quit their job
    • Job Strike Work Union Related
    • Fired for cause
    • Contract expired
    • Stopped working for medical reasons
    • Stopped working because of pregnancy or other family-related reasons
    • Stopped because of a normal, seasonal break in employment (e.g. ski instructor during the summer)
